Things You Learn Becoming A Nurse Mom

In addition to the regular struggles of raising kids, working moms have the added pressure of managing their careers while they care for their families.

And that’s especially true for nurse moms.

As a nurse myself, I understand these struggles firsthand. In fact, I’m a mom to four young children, and I love being a nurse mom. Even though it’s not always easy balancing my career with my kids’ needs, being a nurse mom is one of the best decisions I ever made in my life.

I want to share some of the things I’ve learned about being a nurse mom over the years.

Becoming a nurse mom may come with challenges, but is worth it. The first thing I learned about being a nurse mom is that life changes significantly once you become a parent. There are times when the shift will be difficult and filled with unpleasant surprises. But there are also times when it is so amazing and beautiful that you feel like you could burst from happiness. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the work world, but having kids makes you slow down and realize that the little things in life are actually the big things, like playing peek-a-boo or watching your child’s face light up when they see you each morning.

Nurses care for everyone, including their own families. As a new mom, you may be wondering how your experience as a nurse will help you in the nursery. Will you be able to feed your little one a bottle? Will you be able to soothe them when they’re crying? Will you be able to get them on a feeding and sleeping schedule that works for everyone? The answer to all of these questions is yes! You’re going to do great as a nurse mom.

Nurses know that they can’t take care of others if they aren’t taking care of themselves first. That’s the same thing with being a mom. You have to make sure you’re getting enough sleep, eating right, and drinking water. Then, once you’ve got those things down pat, you can focus on taking care of your little one. You’ll learn how important it is to stop working when it’s time to go home.

Nurse Mom Gifts That Anyone Will Love

Nurses work long hours and sometimes split their time between children at home and patients in hospitals. If you’ve got a nurse mom in your life, finding the perfect gift can be tricky. You want something that shows how much you care while also being practical enough to fit into her busy life.

Nursing is a job that requires a great deal of love, care, and dedication. Nurses are so skilled at caring for others that it can be difficult for them to take care of themselves or even ask for help when they need it.

Nothing makes a nurse mom happier than useful gifts for nurse mom and accessories that she can use at work. These gifts will make the nurse mom in your life feel appreciated, loved and supported!

The next time you’re thinking about celebrating the nurse moms in your life, consider getting her a gift that cares for her like she cares for others. The best gift ideas for nurse moms are thoughtful and useful. Whether she’s in school or on the job. This list of favorite nurse mom gifts is just right for her.

Ways I’m a Nurse Dog Mom

As a Registered Nurse and dog mom, I feel I am qualified to discuss the many ways I am a dog mom. By now, you may be wondering what qualifies me to write about the subject. Truth be told, I’m not sure if anyone is qualified to discuss this topic, but that hasn’t stopped me from doing so before. In fact, I even recommend several dog products on various message boards that require you to earn trust before posting (this might be why many people don’t answer my replies). The only reason it has taken me so long to put my thoughts into writing is because I hate the ‘title’ Dog Mom (and yes, quotes are necessary). But one day after walking the dogs, I realized there were some similarities between being a nurse and being a dog mom. With this epiphany, it made sense to write on how I am a Nurse Dog Mom.

I’m a nurse dog mom. I do every thing with my dogs, even work. You see, they are very smart and can sit in a crate all day while I’m working or at home doing homework.

I’m convinced that dogs are the secret to happiness. They make us laugh, they make us feel needed, they give us a reason to get out of bed in the morning.

Dogs make it easy to be a better human being. It’s possible that this is just because I’m biased, and I may have a very skewed idea of what the average dog owner is like, but I’ve never met a dog owner who didn’t seem happier than most people. So when people ask me why I want dogs, my answer is simple: Dogs make everything better!
