Gearbyhuman ships to most countries in the world, but there are some exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Cuba, Iran, Russia, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

For orders over $99, we offer FREE standard shipping. The express shipping fee, if applicable, is calculated at the checkout page.

Orders typically take 3-4 business days to process before they are shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays, processing times may take up to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to pay these charges, which vary from country to country. Gearbyhuman is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes.

All orders are made on Gearbyhuman on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import taxes and duties will not be paid through Gearbyhuman. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise, depending on the sales tax laws of the location to which you are shipping.
