Refund and Returns


We offer a 30-day returns policy, giving you ample time to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition as when it was first received, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items that are sent back without prior approval.

Return Label:

  • For defective products: We will send you a return shipping label.
  • For customer remorse: The customer is responsible for the return label.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We require clear evidence to evaluate and address the issue, including:

  • Photos of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
  • Photos of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order);
  • Photos of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order);
  • Photos of the original shipping label of the product received.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom products such as special orders or personalized items. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.


The quickest way to receive the item you desire is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is approved.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company first. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
